PS3 Scout, Fontaine Futurisitcs

Every time i use this plasmid on that level, when i get back to my body my plasmid hand is gone. i sometime can bring up the radial up i have to die to get it fixed. has anyone else gotten this?

Have you tried zooming in and out of your weapons? Or you could access the gene.

havent tried that because im doing a drill only rush with on vitas on hard. when this happened i switched the vitas on died but then happened again and i gave up. i want to add that pick up/putting down a little sister fixes this.
