Not that I have ever heard.
Pretty sure that would be announced here. As far as what's going on I believe both versions are coming out at the same time and both are being developed side by side.

I also heard that perhaps the BD figurine wont feature in the European L/E-anyone else read this?
This is not true. I've been PC interface meetings all day.
BioShock has its own PC team, focused on making it a hardcore PC gaming experience.

i never really doubted that the PC version wouldn't have its own special team for interfacing. seeing the work of the company and how it treats its consumers really makes me think they would like to not make the pc version just a port
