I. Letters have been received from Internal Defense Directorate (4/6/10)
A. Said that more materials will be on their way.
B. Asking for our expertise to help with classified cases.
II. The address is somewhere on MacArthur Blvd NW, Washington DC, 20010
A. Anything else on it is illegible, and the road is very long.
B. The road is near the CIA HeadQuarters, along with the Washington Aqueduct.
C. The address seems to be (the exact address) a naval base that used to be named the David Taylor Model Basin, which specialized in stealth technology and hydromechanics.
III. Due to the content of the letter, it can be determined that it is meant to resemble government lingo used mainly during the Cold War Era.
A. It mentions American protection, which points towards the fact that most events will take place in America, at least at first.
1. Since it deals with "foreign agencies", the chance of oversea event is not entirely ruled out.
i. Confirmed; letters have been received by individuals overseas.
B. Due to the Cold War lingo, we can determine that it is based at some point during the Cold War, which is like...1944 to 1990ish? Someone correct me if I'm wrong
IV. We're dealing with a completely different organization which we have not been introduced to yet, the Internal Defense Directorate.
A. This may be completely unrelated to all of the characters we've already been introduced to.
B. We're dealing with two characters who have the initials LT and SD.

1. Seemed to slow the pace of the storm, but the storm picked up again, causing more damage than it normally would have.
