How do you use your elephant gun?
What plasmids do you use with it?
What tonics?
What secondary weapon?
Personally, I like to use it without plasmids. Sure, maybe I'll use Houdini or Incinerate! with it, but those are both more defensive for me. If you can aim, you can get countless amount of instant kills, even without electrobolt.
Great I can avoid everyone her who uses EB + EG combo JK on occasion I kinda like using Houdini with it. but I primarily use the Shotgun.

I use the scope, winterblast, and houdini. My sidearm is a pistol and my tonics are fast feet, backstabber, eve saver. I only really use the elephant gun for long range kills, otherwise I like the pistol. I mostly use houdini but i've been trying out winterblast alot more lately.
I use the Clip upgrade, Tommy gun w/ROF upgrade as my secondary weapon. Most of the time I use Winter Blast, or no plasmids at all.
I use the new clip upgrade with the Elephant gun.. and usually Winter Blast along with it or........... ELECTRO BOLT! xD

Though I can't decide whether I like Damage Increase or Slug Increase better...
i used to use it with scope and snipe people but the maps aren't big enough for alot of sniping
EG is a pretty fun weapon, so satisfying to get an instant headshot
The scope is really nice, but there is lots of close quarter fights on some maps so not really used to much
The Damage upgrade makes it like a second, make-shift shotgun for me since it deals half there health
If I actually go for sniping, the slug upgrade is best to I have a lot more room for error then just two shots.
You better primarily use shotgun. It is after all best weapon in game. EVER!!!!!!!!!!ok i'm done now.

I reached 75 on the leaderboards for XBL (before I got banned... haha) without using electrobolt. I despise electrobolt and the elephant gun.

Crossbow throws the shotgun and elephant gun to the gutter. damage increase + headhunter = ultamate tool of destruction. Although I do ocasionaly use the elephant gun only because you can use a scope :/

The EB+EG spam is getting quite ridiculous on the PC. I'm sticking to my trusty EG+Shotty and Houdini+Aerodash, but man oh man I think that combo gets me riled up more than the grenade launcher. Although I have to laugh when people can't even headshot me while I'm eb'd that just says it all. Sometimes I can houdini and come behind them, depends on if the persons twitch skills aren't up to par.

yeah it awful just ask AK Downfall how much I hate it!
I told myself I wouldn't use the EG + EB combo ever again, but after playing continuous games against nailgunners I leave myself no choice. Although I'm only going to use it it when the other team is mostly nailgunning, or one guy keeps pissing me off. I don't care if it's cheap haha, I need to shock nailgunners so I might as well kill them fast while I'm at it.

crossbow is better. The crucial factor is if you miss the headshot you only need 2 bodyshots, where as eg is 3 body shots which it has 2 barrels (unless you use extra slugs). And the fact that we use a tonic slot for our gun shows dedication to our gun. The only thing I will give kudos 2 is the scope. If used right it can be dangerous but I find it hard to find many places to take advantage of range other than Kashmir and fort frolic.
Uhh, most if not all EG users that don't spam eb+eg combos use damage increase. The scope is utterly useless 99.99999999% of the time and the extra ammo is meh, I'd rather either headshot or 2 body shot kill people and if I have to deal with extra people use my shotty.
I don't spam eb and find the scope pretty efficient in fort frollic. As for damage increase the rate of fire is slightly faster than crossbow's damage increase but the crossbow still has more ammo capacity which sealed the deal for me. But everyone has their own opinions and I respect that.
Also there is a really nice sniping point in neptunes bounty, just make sure you destroy the rocket turret first

Yeah, on PC when use zoom at all it's a blurry mess. It's like aiming at vomit.

I feel like aiming with the scope is less effective than attempting to no-scope accross the map. Maybe its just my aiming technique.
I personally like to use slug capacity with the EG, because I only attempt headshots, and it gives me a couple more chances. The scope doesn't give me any benefits to get me a headshot.
I still like crossbow better,EG is too weak.
I find this funny, because the elephant gun is stronger (in terms of damage) in every way than the crossbow.
With damage upgrade, they both kill in 2 shots, but with the elephant gun killing instantly with a HS. Without the damage upgrade, they both kill in 3 shots, but the elephant gun you only need 2 shots + a plasmid, or one headshot again.
