How do you use your elephant gun?
What plasmids do you use with it?
What tonics?
What secondary weapon?
Personally, I like to use it without plasmids. Sure, maybe I'll use Houdini or Incinerate! with it, but those are both more defensive for me. If you can aim, you can get countless amount of instant kills, even without electrobolt.
Great I can avoid everyone her who uses EB + EG combo JK on occasion I kinda like using Houdini with it. but I primarily use the Shotgun.

I use the scope, winterblast, and houdini. My sidearm is a pistol and my tonics are fast feet, backstabber, eve saver. I only really use the elephant gun for long range kills, otherwise I like the pistol. I mostly use houdini but i've been trying out winterblast alot more lately.
I use the Clip upgrade, Tommy gun w/ROF upgrade as my secondary weapon. Most of the time I use Winter Blast, or no plasmids at all.
I use the new clip upgrade with the Elephant gun.. and usually Winter Blast along with it or........... ELECTRO BOLT! xD

I still like crossbow better,EG is too weak.
I find this funny, because the elephant gun is stronger (in terms of damage) in every way than the crossbow.
With damage upgrade, they both kill in 2 shots, but with the elephant gun killing instantly with a HS. Without the damage upgrade, they both kill in 3 shots, but the elephant gun you only need 2 shots + a plasmid, or one headshot again.
Ive finally figured out how to counter the EG/EB combo.
Seems like TK gives a firing delay for every weapon, So I hit the EG user with a TK item. And then shoot em twice in the the body with my GL.
Haha I pissed off alot of EG users online today. They were like

I use the ammo upgrade for the EG, charged incinerate, eve saver, expert researcher, fast hack.
Incinerate prevents people from gaining health back for awhile, one shot with the EG and a charged incinerate generally equals a dead splicer though.
I use the EG with telekenis and geyser trap.The EG feels great when you are playing capture the sis and plus only real players use the EG with out elec bolt.

Today I went 36 and 4 using just the elephant gun, no beneficial plasmids. I managed to pull off 3 headshots without reloading, in about 6 seconds. Today was also the first day I haven't been banned from Xbox Live for a week. haha, so I'm trying to get as much play time as possible.
I shock people with Electro-Bolt and then blast their heads off with the Elephant Gun.

Playstyle: Basically 2-shot people or get a headshot if the opportunity presents itself. secondary weapon for clean-up or if i miss my 2nd shot. Tk is good for close range to mid range stun; as well as for making use of exploding barrels and proxy mines. Aero dash as a secondary plasmid for running away, chasing people, putting out fires and getting out of e-bolt. I play on the PC by the way and it's easier to twitch aim with a mouse compared to a controller.
I love the EG mostly because it allows me to get all competitive when I see there's someone else using it on the other team.
I pride myself in being able to boast that if it comes down to who's gonna get the headshot first, I always win. (though I admit I have found my better from time to time)
