I hate..just HATE when people who are above you in work...constantly want things from you but aren't willing to give ANYTHING back. This guy isn't my boss, but is above me in the work hierarchy..hes tasked me with things and gave me about a week to do something when most people have months to a year...and he expects me to have it completed and perfect within a week?!! I don't think so. I'm not a superhero who can stop time and get things done. All I hear from this A*#hole is no...I ask him can we move this back a couple weeks to better prepare myself for the event..NO....can I get your help with this real quick I don't really understand it...NO....UGH!! People need to get off their high horses..just cuz you can boss me around doesn't mean I'm going to be your Bi%(#...(I'm trying very hard to keep the language clean) And all the while he has this little smirk...If I wouldn't get in so much trouble I would hit the smirk right off his face. People in leadership positions really need to go back and get training if this is how they're going to lead. I've done nothing to warrant this shi%....I don't even work with the guy so its not like he can get a major opinion of me....and to top it off prior to him telling me no once again..he gave me a compliment on the work I had done the prior day...builds me up to smash me down...ok...i'm about done venting..I could go on but I'll stop here....thank you goodbye
