    Favorite DLC item?

My favorite DLC item is the sawed off shotgun. I love getting one-shot headshot kills.

Other things I'm having fun with:
-Pistol clipsize increase, using it as a secondary with shotgun, incase I miss or have to reload.
-Crossbow peircing, it also increases rate of fire. Good with headhunter, one-shot headshot kills.
-Louie, I love his insane pose at the splicer selection screen
-Elephant gun clipsize increase, its like a powerful crossbow with 2 shot kills (plus plasmid), and one shot headshots.

    What about yours?

Okay, sounds good, I hope you have fun playing modern warfare or halo, where 3 maps cost 10$, and doesn't improve or enhance gameplay at all, it only changes where you fight.

Finally someone with the right mentality.
I really wonder why people expect new maps within one month of release. And I agree I'd rather have new attachments and masks and characters then new maps really. Although maps will be sweet to have eventually.

Dont get me wrong, i like bioshock MP a whole lot but it was poorly introduced and that fact it was already on the disk.

Here is how the DLC could have been so much better:

    45 Tommy gun
    47 nail gun
    49 elephant gun

    Mask unlock every 2 levels

(Trials for each weapon unlock as you get the attachments)

    Characters available at start.

    Achievements:

125g Total (pretty standard for DLC)

    Above your Peers: 25g

    Get to rank 41

    New Technology: 50g

Get 100 kills with the new weapon attachments

    Supreme Sinclair Home Tester: 50g

    Reach rank 50
Just these little things would have made the DLC awesome IMO, and I would have been talking about how awesome it is instead of how awful it is.

So unlocking the attachments and getting 3 trophies would change it from awful to awesome? That's a strange transition..

If you get everything from the start, there is no point to leveling up.

I agree, your list would have improved the DLC. But I have no problem with it, because I still played this game when I reached 40, and I will continue to play this game after I hit 50. Yes, it is exciting to level up, and you do unlock masks with the DLC from leveling up, but I have no problem with advancing in the game without looking forward to gaining a reward.

But does anyone have any actual contribution to the thread? Not discussion on the actual worth of the DLC? haha

No the only thing you unlock through leveling is the masks. I assume the thinking behind this was that people who are not close to level 40 would not want to pay for soemthing they won't get for a while.

My favorite weapon attachment is the new tommy gun upgrade. It makes it fire faster and I kill people so fast. *Charge up fire plasmid, unleash and clean up with tommy gun* So effective!

Also, I wish the crossbow upgrade was good...I love the crossbow.

Frostbolt > Shotgun. The new shotgun is just EVE free. :P

I agree it'd be cool, but I'm of the sort that paid for this DLC, because I really love the multiplayer. I play it to have a good time with a fairly balanced multiplayer game and the experience/ranking up is a bonus.

Basically, it's just adding to what I already love about the game and I have fun with it regardless nor feel no need to complain, because I researched the DLC and got exactly what I wanted out of it.

    Wow...that really sucks...

At least there are Trophies, the Sinclair audio thingy that talks when you level ( I hope ), and a shiny new rank 50 headed my way.

Plus a sawed off shot gun and pistol capacity increase! They just made my AG/Capture loadout all the more sweeter to use

Oh and do the audio diaries for the new characters come at like levels 41-50 or do you get those right away to?
