First and foremost Little Sisters arn't 'good' they simply recognise you as a big Daddy (Hence why in the first game even as you were saving them they resisted a little)
Big Sisters are a product of keeping Rapture alive and the only way to keep Rapture alive is through ADAM. The only way to recycle ADAM is through the Little Sisters. So if you take the Little Sisters out of the production line the Big Sister's arn't going to be to happy.
As we can understand Big Sisters are simply Little Sisters that have grown up, but they still retain the same mental conditioning they had as Little Sisters, hence if they are told to do something, they do it.
These are only my thoughts however
I agree with Houdini, I don't think the Little Sisters are neither good nor evil, they're just the product of an unfortunate circumstance. That doesn't make them any less adorable though!
It makes me sad knowing that the Big Sisters were Little Sisters that were never saved though. ):
The original Big Sister was a saved little sister (dont quote me on this) but it decided to go back to rapture when it was older and became the BS, im pretty sure they cut the "original BS" though since theres more now
