Hold on, when you reach level40 you get the cut scene of jacks plane crashing and what not now if the teleport plasmid was going to be in BioShock 1, wouldn't it have been stable, like incinerate, electro bolt etc. ?
How do we not know that plasmids arent stable. How do we not know that Teleport wasnt stable or not. Since in Bioshock 2 it said unstable i guess it was far in production in BIoshock 1.
In all honesty, I could actually see the unstable teleport plasmid working. When you use it, it teleports you, to a random spawn point. The unstable part is not being able to controll where you go. So sometimes, it could teleport you next to the big daddy suit, and another time, it could teleport you next to the enemy big daddy

My vote would be for a disintegration plasmid. Watch some guy just turn to dust.or it could teleport you to the Secret Cow Level!

Really though I see the teleport plasmid as a very good idea.
But since they are not adding a plasmid, then maybe a tonic. Once per spawn, when your life bar hits zero, you are teleported to a random spot on the map. This happen like resurrection, but instead of coming alive where you are, you are simply teleported away. You health is not regenerated quickly though so if you teleport near an enemy, you toast.
