    trapped by Simon Wales

This issue must be posted elsewhere but I don't see it. This concerns Bioshock 2 on PS3. I was battling Simon Wales on my way to Pump #5 & I was killed. I revived in the Vita Chamber beyond the battle & am now trapped. I can't proceed through the door to turn on Pump 5 & can't go back through the door where Simon Wales defeated me. I get the feeling he is still alive as the hint says I still must defeat him. But I can't get to him or anywhere else. I don't want to go back to an older save as it's really old & don't want to go through everything again. Is there a way to fix the issue within the game or maybe a patch by 2k has been released to do so? Thanks in advance... Not sure if I'm missing something or if this is a bug?

Why are you posting this again?

If you're not getting replies, just bump the original. No need to post a thread twice.

How do I delete it then? Thought other people might have run across the issue but thought it was a game issue instead of a technical bug...

Never had this happen to me, but seen several people have experienced it!

[edit] - Sorry, just noticed this was on PS3, the fix below won't work for that...

Anyway, a quick fix is below:

    Navigate to:
    Windows 7..: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Bioshock2
    Windows XP: C:\Local Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Bioshock 2

Then find USER.ini - Open it and hit F3 to search for [default]

In the [default] section, bind a key to *ghost*, and one to *walk* save it when you're done editing.

    Example: NumPad0=Ghost
    ...........: NumPad1=Walk

(You could also bind a key to reload your Eve - X=InjectBioAmmo)
