Wepon Upgrade Machines in Med Pavil?

I don't believe there are any weapon upgrades in the medical pavilion, I'm 98% sure.

Yeah, I think getting the Weapon Upgrade Achievments, to get all, you need a few playthroughs..

There are no Weapon Upgrade machines in Medical.

They are so few and rare! So far I've only got my Shotgun upgraded, My Tommy gun, And Pistal...

So, does that mean the weapons carry over between new games?
i.e. once you finish you are able to start over with the weapons you have?

No he means that it takes skillz to get all wepon upgrades. So far ive got pistol, shotty, tommy gun and crossbow fully upgraded.

I'v Just arrived at fort frolic and i have the Tommy gun increased power, Shotgun increased rate of fire and grenade laucher immunity so... have i missed any???
