i was woundering if this is a good idea when u reach a certian tech u can create ur civilizations flag and every once in a while u can change it or add to it thats all i got so far and ideas on how to improve it

We shouldn't be able to make a flag from scratch, but to choose from different historical flags.

For example, if I'm playing as the American Empire, I can chose at any time to fly the flag as it existed in 1776, 1815, 1863, 1942, or the present day. Maybe I could even have the option to flay the Lone Star Flag, the Stars and Bars, the Bonnie Blue Flag, or the Confederate Battle Flag.

German flags could include the German Coat of Arms, the Iron Cross, or the Swastika.

Russia's flags could include the Russian Coat of Arms (two-headed eagle), or the Soviet Hammer and Sickle.

that is a good idea now im thinking they should have a option in the begin if you want to use historical flags or if you want to create the flags
