Winterblast question

i know winterblast slows movement speed but does it slow down turning speed or aiming speed, or does it affect the targets aiming in any way. I never noticed it myself but i hardly ever get winterblasted.

Yep it slows down everything. Though the plus side is your body can't be researched afterwards

thanks for the reply. i think ill try replacing electrobolt with winterblast now.

On the plus side for the user, their body can't explode or ressurect. and I don't research anyways
