BioShock 2's teaser trailer - Dream remaster?
I noticed the version of Dream used in the teaser trailer for BioShock 2 was mastered specifically for that trailer; it felt like it had a lot more range and definition than any other version of Dream I've heard.
This will probably fall upon deaf ears, but I have just a few questions for whoever was responsible for that trailer:
-was Dream remastered specifically for the teaser trailer?
-was the entire track remastered, or just the parts we hear in the teaser trailer?
-is there any chance of a release of this version?
Frankly, it sounds a lot better than any other version of Dream I've heard. I'd love to have/buy it.
I'll give this one last hurrah.
It's definitely different than the current master of "Dream" in circulation, that's for sure. I'm almost positive that it was remastered for the trailer, just like all the other tracks were for the actual game.
I think it's called the "postwar" mix. Fairly certain I found it on iTunes, originally, I doubt it'd be hard to track down.
To what do we owe this honor?
