    Non-combat units

I hope that we will have more non-combat units. Not only spies, workers and misionaries but also medics (healers), supply carts, combat engineers and so on...

olso great peaple should have opito not to be sacrifice but to be located in a city and give bonuses...

for example great engineer could give a +5-25% production bonus in a city (for every turn i gets +5% till it reaches 25%) but it could be move to another city if needed.

I also hope we will have some kind of "spells" or mabe "actions" for instance, a healer could not only heal nearby units but also "cast" multiple (or doubble or whatever) support fire for archers... there are many analogies and examples in other games (Fantasy Wars or Elven Legacy for example)

    Mostly already in Civ4

Most of your suggestions (medics, supply, combat engineers) are abstracted part of the promotion system. Adding distinct units would just increase micromanagement.

I really like your idea for great engineers.

I don't know if there will be missionaries since we're not sure whether or not religion will be back in Civ 5.

Nah, there's nothing for supply. If I understand the OP I think he meant that in order for your units to survive outside of friendly territory they would need a supply unit or they starve.

I see no need for more formal medics, and "combat engineers" sounds like a cheap novelty.

There's no guarantee that stacks are out. Plus, even if they were out you could make medics the one stackable unit or simply have them heal adjacent tiles.

But again, stacks are not necessarily out.
