When will system requirements be announced

Any ETA on system requirements, and in particular the minimum GPU specs? I'm planning on a new laptop sometime this year, and am guessing that my present GPU (128MB Quadro NVS130M) is probably not going to cut it - with a big release like this, I definitely want to make sure it will run.

Is there any chance this will run with newer laptop integrated graphics? (ie Intel 4500 or similar)

I would think it will still be a few months before they publish that, they are likely still building the graphics engine and all the art and texures, the screenshots don't look totally polished yet. And that will effect the end requirements. Firaxis has been looking for programmers with Unreal Engine experince, not sure if that is under the hood of Civ5 or some other project, but it might be a good idea to see the specs on other unreal engine games....
