    musik

i love the musik of civ4, at least the musik like baba yetu.
could not have done a better choice.

i hope the ingame musik and the soundeffects will improve for civ5, cause they were quite anoying in countless multiplayer games (when hitting into the cityscreen and out it really sucked that the music always stoped and all you had was some strange noices :P...)

Yes the discontinuation of music when u switched to menu's was very disconeserting. Also it's Music, not Musik.

Spartiat is from Germany, give him a break.

And you misspelled disconcerting; so, should you really be talking?

Anyways, the music was pretty good, but after a while it started to interfere with my ability to hear certain things like a unit being attacked. Unless they completely remove sound notifiers I'm still going to play with the music off.

lol, yes I laughed pretty hard when I saw that this guy misspelled "Meiers" and put an apostrophe on "menu's" -- while trying to correct another person's grammar

I agree with Sparty about baba yetu. It was the least "invasive" of the main menu/lobby music. I just couldn't seem to tune out the warlords and bts soundtrack. I generally had to mute the music until they added the ability to switch menus in some later patch.

Even civ3's simple menu/lobby music would be good enough for me!
