this is just stupid...the plasmid is basically useless unless the other team only uses grenade launchers...there is nothing worth picking up and throwing (all u pick up are lil rocks and crap)

There are alot of things:
Cash Register
Grenade that comes out of a hack vending machine
Heat seaking missles from turrets
Heat Seaking missles from splicers
Proxy Mines from Big Daddies
Flammible Barrels
Exploding Barrels
Charged up fire ball
Charged up ice ball
Large enough rock
Most of these are instant kill. So just look around next time.
