Locks up now after patch

Great new patch, now the game will not get past the loading screen and just locks up. Played great before the patch. Have rebooted. Have installed newest Nvidia drivers. I'm forced to Task Manager to close the locked up program.

OS: Windows Vista Home Premium 64 bit

Memory: 8190MB RAM

Lost my saved game, but won't take long to get back to where I was.

Hey! A solution that seems to work.

It also look like I was able to copy the autosave file for the start of the area I was in and that seems to work.
