    Not enough emotion and suspense?

Now, I personally loved Bioshock 2. (beyond the fact of it's length. But regardless) It has many secrets and moral choices and so on. The one thing I have to point out. In Bioshock 2, It feels kind of...bland. Not a whole lot of suspense. Up until the end. In the end theres a ton of suspense and emotion. It just takes too long to get there. Dont get me wrong, I love the game in all its glory. But it's just bland. The ending was great and for that I have no regrets in getting the game. But it's kind of held back and bottled up until the end.

Well, it's true. But what can we do?

The last two hours are nearly superb. Only if the whole game was like that... Lack of time? Lack of vision? Misguided by the quest to improve gameplay only? The ocean on their shoulders? Who knows…

(let's add the cello to the background to strengthen the dramatic ellipsis )

    It's The (lack of) Music!

Bioshock 2 is not at all atmospheric, as the music for the first game made it to be.....

The music here is more background, and more action oriented, which is fine, but if you are going to make a sequel to an atmospheric based horror/sci fi game, ake it consistant for both!

This is one of my biggest personal complaints actually......

Music wasn't a big deal in m opinion. It does play a important roll in the emotion factor but I think it was much more prevalent in the sequal
