I was not trying to say that it is officially "BioShock 3", it's just easier that writing each time "The Next BioShock" or "The Third BioShock (made to date)".

I don't know they could have wielded more Plasmids because just the fireball form of incinerate and TK was good but it was really easy to hit them back with the fireball and then with TK you can just side step it
By making them much stronger. Imagine you hear the screech, set up all your traps, the Sister teleports straight through all of them, uses her telekinesis to pick up all your trap rivets and proximity mines and throws them straight at you. Not saying it's a perfect idea, but giving them some crazy ability no other enemy has would make them a much more interesting opponent.
