I liked Eleanor's and Gill Alexander's audio diaries the most. I felt Alexander's logs gave more into the story and what would become of Eleanor.

Personally my favorite audio log, for BS2 had to be "Death of Fontaine" it was so freaking awesome how he said "say goodbye to Fontaine...and..(switches to Irish accent) hello to Atlas".

I have to say my favorite is "Dog Eater" by Eleanor Lamb. also, i like the one in Ryan Amusments where the guy gets warped by Sophia Lamb, and shaves his head because it looked "Just like ryan's"

TBH, I liked all of them.

Might I add that the BioShock series has some darn good Voice Actors.

Aside from the "taking apart the tape recorder" one by Eleanor, I loved the one you all've been talking about, when "Atlas" is made up.

"...Like this is the first time I've ever had to dodge a bullet! Say goodbye to Fontaine, and say *sound of cocking a shotgun* *Changes to Atlas voice* 'ello to Atlas!"

Devin LeMasters is such a good audio log. I want to hear more of him in Bio 3. I really hope that he didn't die because he was such. A good character and I only heard him once

anything by Eleanor, Fontaine, and that little boy in Dionysus Park who liked the little sister and gave her stuff. They should've put one by Jack in it, that would've been cool. My absolute favorite is the one that you find in Fontaine's room.

I liked Father Wales' diary about the creed of the Family. The Fontaine to Atlas one is good too. And also, Ryan's "Alone At Last"

    "Life and it's Double"

Today I went outside! Outside into the halls of Rapture. And I found myself beside myself! Oh, how I love this war! The aromas! The sweet roasting of flesh, and the exquisite nasal burn of sulfur. The air ripe with the moans of defeat, the bellowings of victory! Such drama, and all so real. This, this is what the theater can never be, this is life!

I'll give you three guesses to who that is and the first two don't count.

Oh! I've got another one. A Gift From Billy. Such brilliant voice acting...

Just kidding. I found it for the first time today, and my ears rebelled against the rest of me. It was horrible.

I noticed one of Sofia Lambs audiotapes in Ryans Amusements says something about her giving birth to Eleanor, and how her maternal instinct was suggested to have been suppressed with Adam?

"Eleanor is progressing brilliantly. My physical participation in her birth was... minimized, of course -- it is vital that I am unhindered by nature's crude bias.
I will be, above all, her intellectual progenitor... loyal not to her, but to the people she will ultimately save.
But, I admit, it is with some measure of pride that I review her marks in standard intelligence tests.
As an agent of our beliefs... she may even surpass me."

That explains her lack of compassion for Eleanor, I guess I just didn't listen to it properly the first time round!

I really enjoyed the young Eleanor logs the best as well. They were both sweet/creepy at the same time.

The "Such Freedom" audio diary located in Persephone.

Delta was in top form today! The guards tried to make him take another dose of whatever the hell it is they're pumping into him, and he managed to take all 4 of 'em on at once. Snappin' legs and arms, blood EVERYwhere. They say one of the guys might not even wake up. I wish I could be that free...

The one by Billy Parson.I find it cute, but also a bit sad.

    "A gift from Billy"

"Dear yellow-eyed girl: My name is Billy and I saw you the other day at the merry-go-'round. I think you are very pretty and I like your blue dress and the songs you sing about angels. My mom says your dad is scary but I think he is strong and nice like a comic book hero. I got you a gift and put it in in the basement where nobody would find it. The secret code for the door is one-oh-eight-oh. I hope you like it. I will wave the next time I see you so you know it it's me."

But there are not so many funny ones like in the first game.

I agree; all of them were amazing, except for a few here and there. The one that I thought was funny was the first one we pick up (forgot the name), but it talks about working. Says something like "if it feels like it's raining, you're fired". Don't remember it by memory, lol. I specially liked Eleanor's, though. Mostly the ones of when she was a little girl. Like the one where she records over her mom's log.

I like the audio diary Meltzer's Choice. You can find it by killing Meltzer at Fontaine Futuristics and loot his body.I think the diary is awesome because you get to see Meltzer's final fate.I also like the one where Gil Alexander was talking about creation of the Big Sisters and Rumbler Big Daddies

I would like to know what other people's favorite audio logs of Bioshock 2 were. Mine (so far after only hearing them (and not all of them) once) is the one where Andrew Ryan and Sophia Lamb are debating in front of a crowd. I believe its in the first level. They are basically debating the difference between belief in an objective reality and reality as a social construct...that either there is a true reality out there (Ryan) or that there is only a reality which is agreed upon (consensus) (Lamb). Paraphrased from my flawed memory: "It's raining in rapture, Andrew Ryan, you have simply chosen not to notice." Sophia Lamb.

My favorite Audio log in Bioshock 2, besides the ones from eleanor lamb is the log from Billy to the "yellow eyed girl".
