    Strange Graphical Problems

I can play the game just fine but during gameplay I encounter all "flowing water" effects as a flat color black light blue some color also I seem to see through walls and floors, like if you where playing a game on no clip mode and are outside of the maped area. and because of these problems im not sure if the sprites in the game are supposed to be colorless but they are also one color or invis only showing there mask. I really have never seen this problem in any game before. But it may have something to do with a new video card type being untested anyway this is my computer dxdiag readout sorry for all the mombo jumbo but I want to give all info that could be helpful in diganosing the problem. I have also tryed playing on other settings, but the problem continues nomatter the settings. The fps on the game are quite playable i thing this is a problem with the game and the video card talking.
