Multiplayer Start Up Freezes

Well i've just finished singleplayer no tech problems what so ever, than i went to try multiplayer it quits single player and than multiplayer pops up and than it has the loading in the bottom right hand corner than it freezes and shrinks itself to the desktop.

Patched and multiplayer still doesn't work - i am dissapointed.
