Terrible mouse control and feel!

I am really disappointed The mouse is completely broken imo. Its not just me I have seen numerous complaints all saying the same thing. the sensitivity is just completely off,
if I set it to 1 the cursor does not pick up my mouse movements in certain directions, it gets stuck on the screen. anything more than 1 and the sensitivity is way to high for me.
Even 1 is to much if I'm honest. Its not fun to go through the .ini file to try and solve the problem. Had the same issues with Bioshock 1 as did many people.

I am sorry but how can a game ship like this? do none of the developers use a mouse? they have a great game no doubt but why go through years of development and leave this problem unsolved? it just seems that developers these days don't care about the pc ports of the game. I hate FPS games on console because I suck with the control, I like to have fine aim and control that you get with a mouse and keyboard.

I'm just shocked at this that's all I can say, come on 2K patch the game or something :S I want to enjoy your glorious game! but alas until the mouse is fixed I just cannot [bye]
