Steam PC: 2 Bugs so far (mouse speed and "Use" key)

Just started the game. 2 Bugs encountered so far:

1. I have to reset my mouse speed every time I restart the game. I set it for the lowest speed and every time I start the game I have to go into options and click the apply button on the mouse speed screen.

2. I remapped my "use" key to space, the second binding for "use" is blank. When I search a corpse the menu comes up with the corpse's inventory, the label says press space to take/close but pressing space does nothing. I randomly mashed the keyboard and Y takes the first item, F I think takes the second item, etc. Space still works as "use" in other contexts, I can pick up individual items laying around, EVE hypos, etc. It just doesn't seem to work for the corpse inventory screen.

My use wont work for the hacking tool, so i cannot progress in the game. Omg i am soooo ****ing sick of this s hit!

Actually this plagues the PC version in general...not just the Steam version...

I went into C:\Documents and Settings\[name]\Application Data\Bioshock 2\User.ini and in the [ContainerUIActive] section mapped Space=CollectAllContainerItems and now space collects all inventory items. So at least that's fixed. No luck trying to make the game remember my mouse speed setting though. Oh well, a quick visit to the options screen at the beginning of each game isn't too terribly bothersome.

You might want to do something similar in the [HackingUIActive] section PopNfresh2312.
