Completely Absurd, activation?
I've had Bioshock Limited Edition for PC on reserve for awhile now and picked it up tonight thinking I would be able to play immediately...instead I experienced the complete frustration of trying to active my LEGAL purchase. I spent hours clicking activate (and this is around 8P.M. to 11PM EST) all the while double checking my serial key making sure I had no typos and still getting no activation. I realize that games are going to have problems, especially on their first day of release but this is pathetic. I apologize for taking up a thread solely about my activation experience but I'm seriously pissed that it took three hours to activate Bioshock as doubt slowly crept into my mind that I might have to return the game or may not be able to play it any time soon. Thankfully, after hitting activate I don't know how many times, it accepted. This doesn't neglect the fact that activation procedures such as this shouldn't EVER be in game software. When things like this start to cause a product not to function for a legal purchase, it's time company's rethink their policies on fighting pirates.

You're just activating a broken game, might as well leave it deactivated until the crashing is fixed

Running into the same issue here. Going to give 2k 48 hours to remedy the situation (phone call to the security company, to up activation amounts?) - after that I will be returning this product.

You're dead on, anexsia. I had the same probelm, only with Steam. I was lucky enough to get into the game after a few tries though. Instead of being happy about the game, I'm dreading having to jump though hoops to get it to start again. I hope they get this sorted, and quickly
