The issue is not your Rebinding the controls, the issue is the in game tooltip is wrong.

You left click to stop the arrow. This does not change no matter your rebinds. Begin the hack, left click on blue/green, cheer and move on with things.

Please either sticky this, bump this when you see the solution or fix this tooltip.
