Locks up while installin

Locks up my computer on installation at Activating Bioshock 2. Tried to install 3 times same spot lock up

Is your Internet connection otherwise working? If so, it could be that the activation servers are busy considering that today is the official release date for the game. A good first step would be to wait a little bit, then try again later.

Ya my internet connection is working. I have windows 7 with Dx11 if that has anything to do with it. But it makes my computer completely unresponsive

seems more like a windows issue to me just completely locks my computer cant even ctrl alt del out of it have to hard boot it. But I can't find what is wrong with it. Really starting to piss me off

Does the mouse pointer freeze too, or are you still able to move it?

Well I guess the disc is now just a shotgun target man $50 dollars for something that I can't even use
