    Black screen of Death (after BlueSOD fixed)

    8800GTX in SLI with dual core X6800 4 GB RAM in VISTA64 and Steam release.

    I was getting Blue SOD after crazy looking start menu. Tip on board said use latest August Directx release so installed that. Now I get a Black SOD (frozen system) after trying to run game.

    Seems I am not the only one with this problem though

    FIXED!

    163.44 nvidia drivers and August DirectX - now its working and Beautiful
