Can't Move Window

I have a dual screen setup and like to move my games to my bigger screen to play and this normally means putting the game into Windowed mode which works just fine but the moment I try to click the title bar to drag the window over to the other screen it just puts my mouse back into the game

Anyone know of a way around this problem? seemed to work fine back in BioShock 1.

Try Alt + Enter

[DarkSynopsis]

Alt + Enter just changes game from Full Screen or Windowed, I have it in windowed but can't drag it to the other screen.
