Multiplayer Single Player

I'm really sorry, I have no idea if this is a spoiler or not, but on the Multiplayer menu(from what I saw in a video) there was a single-player option! Do you think this means that we can play with our friends at our own homes even if we don't have Xbox Live, etc.?

Unlikely. What it probably means is that if you select that option you'll be taken to the single player menu. Single player similarly has a 'switch to multiplayer' option.
