Cant Connect to Autopatcher!? please help

After installing and then it runs the autopatcher (to activate im guessing) it attempts 3 times and then says cant connect.. I have norton

i had this issue too, ur gonna hafta drop all ur security software, basically the firewall whether its norton or windows. It would seem the autopatcher isnt triggering the prompt taht would allow u to add it to an exemtion list
