Video issue?

I run on a geforce fx 5200, i was wondering if this would run bioshock, when i run the demo, i see the bioshock logo, then see all the 2k logos the little nvidia video, the little 2k old-fashioned disk video, then when i skip them the screen turns black. Then i get the "Send / Dont send" windows error on bioshock.exe

My card is 128 mb and runs direct x 9.0c just fine. They need better system requirements.
