What's the Gene Tonic screen key?

I can't seem to access my Gene screen... Is there even a screen for it besides at the times you get Genes?

At a gene bank.......you cant even peruse what you currently have equipped.

majority of the tonics are passive, except for the plasmid tonics - enrage, security cam, and so on

passive meaning, you get a tonic that makes you do more damage with the wrench.

This is a MAJOR design flaw. You can only view the gene bank by spending ADAM on something you dont even want and then only if you happen to already have all slots full in that specific gene tonic type(combat, engineering, etc.) Someone should have thought at some point in development that some player out there might not keep an offline record of every tonic they picked up.

There is NO way to view the gene bank! If you can't access it or view it then why the hell does it even exist?!

Okay, I was wrong. You can see what you have but you have to go to a special place to do it? So all the tonics I pick up and can't use are magically teleported to a box someplace else?
