How do I enable Mouse Filter on PC?

My hand is way too spazzy, I always enable mouse filter in FPS games.

The jerkiness is ruining the illusion for me.

Check the widescreen support thread. The problem may be due more to the widescreen than your spazzy hand! In widescreen mode in Bioshock, the view is zoomed-in slightly, as the top and bottom of the screen are cropped. In other games I have played a slightly zoomed-in view makes the mouse acceleration feel "off". Try playing in 4:3 rather than 16:10 - does it make a difference to the way your mouse feels?

Oh well, you do have a spazzy hand then!

    Never mind, so do I.

I think all FPS games since Quake have allowed "m_filter 1" or some such...

I think I am having the same trouble as you. It isn't the framerate because I can just run around and not move the mouse and the game is smooth. The mouse is extremely jittery.

When I just stand still and slowly move my mouse the screen will not move smoothly, it is a very stuttery movement. It is hard to explain but it is very annoying and I haven't been able to find any way to fix it.

    My comp:
    E6600@2.4ghz
    8800gts 320 mb
    2gb ram
    windows xp
new nvidia beta drivers 163.44 or whatever (although I get same thing with 161.28)

Changing the settings all to low/off doesn't help. It still gives jittery movement.
