not the fisher guy or that french lady, but two tenetively called "The Editor" and "The Thief"
do you think they might release art of them or not, since they were cut

i really hope they do, because after all, the civial war was between Fontaines Army (mainly made up of workers and theifs) and Ryan's group of flunkies (which consisted of the more wealthy sophisticated, and also the police force)
So why would we be missing out on a key player such as a theif or prisoner or the man writing the paper all about whats going on....if we look at the list its kind of annoying
Welder
Athlete
House Wife
Magician
Fisherman
Pilot
Actress
Business Man
yet no theif or police officer? it doesnt make much sense to me...a pilot underseas is silly, and your everyday business man would not be on the front lines as much as a newpaper editor....oh well we can hope because i was looking forward to being the prisoner or theif, but now i will have to settle for the welder or magician
Oh, more multiplayer characters like this ones as a DLC would be win.
I'd love to see:
A cop (they'd be trying to preserve order...well, they'd have deluded themselves into thinking they're doing that)
A doctor (because Dr. Grossman was awesome)
A religious fanatic (because Waders was awesome)
Some kind of rich kid who fights for the poor, despite their spoiled upbringing (such stereotypes are hilarious)
A poor servant
A Lady Smith-like Splicer
A scientist or other employee at a company like Sinclair Solutions
A journalist (looking for the latest war scoop)
A war vet
A shopkeeper yelling at people to get out of his store
A convict/thief (deludes themselves into thinking they're a kind of Rapturite Robin Hood)
An old Mediterranean farmer
A nerdy teenager (who Spliced to be "accepted" among the social groups)
Possibly an outsider who stumbled into BioShock and got involved in the war?

THESE ARE ALL FANTASTIC IDEAS.
I also would like....
A Swiss chef (thinks opponents are ingredients... ew.)
Musician (thinks opponents are audience members, only wanting to please them.)
Fashion model (thinks opponents are photographers taking their picture)
Mobster (like Breadwinner splicer)
Maid (wants to keep things clean but killing the source)
Beekeeper ("...I'm grabbing my shotgun.")
stripper ;D city of sin!
Police officer
Cafe owner
Member of Sinclair Solutions ;D
But most of these will never happen....
Its good to dream.
NALEDI IS NOT SILLY. DDDD:<
YOU HAVE MADE AN ENEMY.

Hahahaha Welcome To Circus Of Vaaaalueee
Emilio Favaloro, the Farmer
One of the most successful vineyard-owners in the whole of Italy, Emilio is a straight-talking hot-blooded elderly Sicilian entrepreneur and farmer. A cultured, traditional man, he rose up from the bottom where he merely earned a living by crushing grapes. By the time of World War II, that had changed, he was now a respected wine manufacturer thanks to his own sweat and ingenuity. However, following a disastrous war, increasing Mafia interference and now continuing political instability, he fled to Rapture with his family seeking a place to retire in peace and assure his children a future free from communists, fascists and the Mafia.
Ted McInnis, the Teenager
Born just a few years before setting of to Rapture, his parents were simple, hardworking engineering folk. A meek, quiet, thoughtful fellow, he was very unpopular at school, being regarded as little more then a social outcast and all-round weirdo. Eventually, he learned to shut up and keep himself to himself; however the bullying and teasing continued, with pot-shots taken at everything ranging from his background to his political views to his teeth. With the advent of ADAM, he saw a wonderful opportunity to fit in, as the cool kids were using it, with those who didn’t being ostracised from social circles and falling behind in class. It worked, however Ted, like many others, did not know when to stop.
Juanita Mendoza, the Maid
A naïve young woman from the slums of South America, Juanita ended up having to support her younger siblings from an early age. She took a job as a maid in the nearby upper-class district, and while she hated her never-ending job and her cruel masters, she did eventually pick up their political opinions. So, when they went to Rapture, she followed, dreaming of a brighter future, a utopia, for herself and her siblings. However, it was even worse then on land. Her working conditions and pay reached an all-time low, and with no room to climb up the social ladder, she turned to the extremism and radicalism Atlas offered in an attempt to get out of her poverty. She has never been the same since.
Julie Schneider, the Reporter
Julie was always a nosy girl who always wanted to be at the top of the latest gossip and would fight for the latest scoop. While this earned her many enemies at her prestigious school and meant she was never viewed as a nice, trustworthy person, she did grow up to find a perfect slot in the dog-eat-dog world of investigative journalism. She was recruited to write a story on Ryan to get her out of the way, and not only did it serve as a surprise big break in her career, she also became incredibly interested both with Ryan’s philosophy and him as a person. The more she viewed the appalling condition the world was in, the more she came around to support Ryan’s views as the only legitimate way for world society. So, when Rapture was built, instead of publishing this potential big news item to the world, she went down there, eager to start afresh. Her *****y, cruel attitude meant she rose up quickly, and now she is on the front lines, risking everything for an interesting scoop.
Officer Andrew Sanderson, the Police Officer
Andrew has seen it all. Mafia shootouts in the street, high-profile assassinations, high-speed car chases, busts on crime deals, muggings of old ladies, jaywalkers. He’d seen it all, and was fed up of it all. It was all too much. Which is why he came to Rapture. He wanted to live in a town without all the crooks and murderers that had made his life such a misery. He wanted to stand guard and wear a badge for a cause he actually believed in. That cause was the one Ryan shared. Andrew was a hardliner, no friend of the soft touch or the benefits system, and he was fed up with people just mooching off life, by just claiming welfare or selling drugs on street corners. Ryan promised people like Sanderson that this would not be the cause, and their hard work defending the city against such parasites would not go unrewarded.

^ Genius!
In all seriousness though, how do you know the Editor and Theif were cut? You wouldn't release a picture pack on the 360 with two characters that wouldn't make it into the final game, would you? If they didn't make it in though, they would hopefully be DLC because if they were going to be put into multiplayer as basic characters, then the Cult of Rapture would have detailed them by now (background, names etc.)

Thanks, here's my attempts at the doctor, Sinclair Employee and beekeeper.
Dr. Laurence Bernard
An urbanite Canadian, Laurence had a comfortable middle-class capitalist upbringing. He was always captivated by the miracles medical workers could perform, from saving lives to changing faces, and, being an imitable young tyke, he chose the path of medicine at an early age, dedicating Christmas present lists, past-times, reading books and subject choices to finding out as much about the profession as possible. Of course, once he hit the real world after obtaining his medical degree, he found the job a lot more demanding and depressing then he thought, and obtaining a breakthrough even harder. Laurence refused to accept his own limitations in the quest for finding breakthroughs, and instead blamed overzealous morality laws and government funding. This economic and moral freedom enticed the usually calm, hesitant Laurence in quickly dumping everything and running to Rapture. In the midst of the civil war, this Medical Pavilion veteran takes the term “combat medic” a bit too literally.
Dr. Vesna Petrović
A Serbian genius, she held several degrees, mainly in biology and chemistry. While starting off her life as a bright, clever girl, she was increasingly outcast in her later years on the surface due to her irritability, snobbery and egotism. Her various papers were repeatedly ignored and the university funding her groundbreaking experiments withdrew funding. Despite threats to the contrary, she did not solve these problems by rioting or violence or legal action, instead she, bewitched by Ryan’s philosophy after the “small” had constrained her “great” self, left her impoverished existence and apathetic family behind and embarked on the trip to Rapture. There, she became a key figure in Sinclair Solutions, being one of the most inventive product creators. Now, for “science”, she is one of the most zealous product testers.
William Robertson
An eccentric genius from the Highlands of Scotland, William constantly attempted to become the modern-day Renaissance man; singing, painting, drawing, inventing, medicine, politics. While no means bad at any of those tasks, the egoistic William finally found his calling with bees. They weren’t judgmental, they weren’t sadistic and they weren’t lazy. They were productive and worked for everything they had. William worried his village by his fascination with the bees, however his talents at nurturing the animal were noticed by a talent scout for Ryan; the grouchy man was soon recruited to help support Rapture’s need for honey. William defends his bees like they are his own family, with a passion unknown to most other men.
I hope that we are able to unlock new characters when we level up or with DLC I like to have that dr character it would be cool![]()
It is nice to get some support![]()
Unlockable characters would be so much win.

I Call Next
Shop Keeper - Beau Malcom -
Beau grew up in the hot sun of South Carolina, but always aspired to be something great. He grew up always wanting more. Eventually he was running his very own store, Malcom's, and it soon all of South Carolina was shopping at his many facilities. And then he had a complete monopoly on grocery stores... But the parasites said THAT was NOT allowed. He moved then to Rapture in order to get his monopoly back, but utterly failed. Later, he was resorted to working as a clerk in Sinclair Spirits. Fed up with this life he wanted to be on top again and joined the Sinclair Solutions team.
Swiss Chef - Remi Adelheid -
Culinary master - Remi Adelheid has always had a knack for creating spectacular dishes. He used to travel the world cooking for people of great power and fame. However, eventually, the parasites stole his recipes and claimed them as their own. Disgusted with these plagarists he moved to Rapture and was the best chef in all of Rapture, until the orders became absurd, wanting ADAM in their meals? He quit the business and joined the Sinclair Solutions team to get revenge on all the crazys.
I too had done a bio for a Swiss Chef. Oh well, he had a German Swiss name, so now there's another German in this post. :P Good bios by the way mate.
Hans Leuthard, the Chef
A young farm boy from the heart of Germany, Hans was not the fastest, brightest, strongest or sexiest man in his region, in fact, he was far from it. A clumsy walking disaster, he quickly learned to use food as both an outlet and a way of serving society. This hobby and skill flourished as he grew older, his feats and meals becoming more extravagant, grandiose and tastier, even throughout famine and war, and by the 1930s he was a successful European restaurant tycoon throughout the whole continent of Europe, from Serbia to Stuttgart. However, then the war came. Many of his restaurants were levelled, many of his employees and clients killed and the world left too poor or too busy to worry about a fancy meal. And so Hans, depressed and bored with his crumbling life on the surface, came to Rapture. The thoughts of complete business and artistic freedom, as well as totally new clientele, series of ingredients and environments to work in, was too much to pass up on. He thought he would be safe from disruptions like the horrors of war. He’s just participating to get it over quickly.
Anita Kultyshev, the Model
A Midwestern American girl with both East Asian and Russian heritage, Anita was incredibly beautiful as well as stunningly clever and manipulative, using both attributes to wrap as many men as possible around her finger. She grew up as a popular and attractive girl, winning pageants and becoming the prom queen. All this success went to her head and she expected fashion modelling roles, singing contracts and TV roles by the bucketload, as well as being surprised to find a man not bowing down to her. While she didn’t really get the singing contracts and TV roles, everything else came to her as she demanded, and as her resume grew, so did her ego, her wallet, her entourage and her negative characteristics, like snobbery. Eventually, her ego outgrew her success, and as the world’s cameras were no longer aiming at her as she showed off the latest dresses, she retreated into Rapture, a beautiful fashion icon for the underwater world, where she got all the attention she desired…until the cameras once again stopped looking at her.
General Paul Muller, the General
Despite being a fairly even-tempered man and not a Nazi in any sense of the word, this patriotic German soldier found himself thrust into fighting Hitler’s war. A brave, ruthless soldier who despite having a background as a law office clerk, proved to be a very intelligent strategist, and he found himself quickly rising up through the ranks. Becoming an icon of Nazi military tactics only bested by the Desert Rat, Paul presided over several key Nazi military operations. Blindly following orders and then shouting his own orders down the ranks, Paul was horrified to see Germany eventually crushed by the Allies. He was even more horrified to find what he had been fighting for. It weren’t the Germany he loved, it was a Germany of cruelty and horror. Blaming himself for being so short-sighted and so naïve to as to miss the obvious signs, he retreated into Rapture so as to avoid being misled and involved in such a horrific event ever again.
WHAT ABOUT CLOWN SPLICERS!? Did we all forget???
this is fun!!!
we should make a new thread for "CREATE YOUR OWN MP CHARACTER"
Yep. That would be great. Do you wanna make it or shall I?
