Morrowind just way too big to really finish it.

Quite a lot of them, actually. The first Devil May Cry for PS2 and Emperor: Battle for Dune to only mention a few.

One game I really want to finish, but haven't, is Arcanum. The beginning is so great and the game is a lot of fun, but then there's this awfully boring main quest dungeon that I just can't get thru, so I stop and play other things instead.

I know it can be done very fast but I really need to do every little quest and smell every flower there is in the game and thats why even when I try I never finish it.

I hear that. I'm a sucker for fully completing RPG's too.

But that would also mean doing all of that being every race/class in the game just to say you've done it all...which is nearly impossible.

Oblivion, Good god that game was boring. I liked it at first but the whole game is so horribly repetitive it's insane. Beyond that, I got myself stuck doing a quest I had no idea about, I busted into a house, there was an activateable painting, I activate'd it, suddenly I was in some queer painting world with "paint trolls" murdering me, this was especially weak because I hadn't saved for like 2 hours prior to this and had done a bunch of stuff I wasn't willing to lose. But in the state my character was in, there was also no way I was killing the paint trolls.

So I said screw it and moved on with my life.

Morrowind and Daggerfall both. Once I became 'infected' in Daggerfall, it was just pointless. And Morrowind, after becomming the head of the fighters and mage guilds, and being able to 'jump' my way around wearing the most haevy armor, I fought the main evil guy. He couldn't kill me, and I missed something in order to be able to kill him completely. *shrugs* Didn't feel like putting in the time to see what I missed.

Oh, and BG2 ToB. All the, 'Epic-ness' of it just detracted from the game play of what the BG2 OC was about. The add-on was more about showing off the great skills. Bah. Weak.

And the last Fallout game the starts in Chicago, Tactics? That had you running squads of people. Bah. The original was so much better.

    And others...

The story and game play need to both be decent. I've found some of the best games I've ever played have been on a whim.

    Peace,
    Cor

haha! That quest is unique for Oblivion...it's silly but fun.

Thieves and assassins guild quests are pretty fun. Otherwise...snore city.

Worms 3D. I was trying to unlock everything, but thought stuff it, and got the savegame of the net. Multiplayer is all I ever wanted it for.

    Let me see...

Civilization III: Somehow I just didn't find it fun. Mind you, I never did give it a chance.

Dark Sun 2: I got stuck in the same spot twice. I never did look for a walkthrough.

Fallout Tactics: I'm still trying to finish it, but it's not installed at the moment.

Mantis: I just didn't ever get into it.

MissionForce Cyber Storm: It's an interesting game and pretty fun, but it gets a little too difficult in certain parts. I might get back to it...someday.

Renegade: Which was too difficult and then I got bored of it.

Ultima Underworld II: This game isn't nearly as interesting as the first one. After two attempts to finish it, I just couldn't go on anymore. It got a little too boring.

That's about it, except for some "bargin bin" games.

Actually, there's a quest like that in the old 1993-94 Darksun games where you enter into a painting in a wizards tower and wind up on the astral plane fighting xorn if I remember correctly. Was cool.

No problem. Actually, I didn't finish it either. There was some game breaking flaw that left me stranded in the mines... I think with the Mind Flayers. *Shurgs* I throughly enjoyed the first one though.

ONLY FIFA 07, cos I accidentally formatted my PC without backing up my save game.. Too lazy to replay. Finished FIFA 07 though.
