I will be honest I liked Lamb she was honest and did not, try to trick you or anything, she told you things straight there were no lies with her. With Sinclair you never knew, would he really keep his word and help you or would he end up betraying you after you two left Rapture. You would never know so my vote goes to kill Sinclair, just to be on the safe side.

Actually, it's your choice to not trust Sinclair. You could not be certain Lamb would not fool you, nor can you assume Sinclair would.

I would kill Lamb. She was a crazy woman who pretty much hater your guts. Sinclair was trying to use you at first, but as the game progressed, he turned into a better guy. He even admits that you are more of a man when you spare every body.

Lamb may be the way she is, but for some weird reason, I really like her. I admire her strong personality and seems to be very honest. Sinclair, on the other hand, seems to be untrustworthy, even though he helps you throughout the way.

At least Lamb made clear to you everything that she was going to do before she did it, hence her annoying radio broadcasts. She even went so far as to deliver a monologue to you about how you had no right to her daughter, Eleanor, before she killed you.
And, yes, Sinclair may have become a "better guy," but he only became a better guy because Lamb turned him into a Big Daddy. A taste of his own medicine was needed to cure him of his corruption.

Sofia Lamb was no better than the rest of them, no matter how you "spin it".
I just think that despite Sinclair's greedy involvements, that killing him would be stupid. Lamb is brainwashing everyone and trying to kill you so, hard choice?
Either way....you can take into account the fact that Sinclair is willing to give his life for you at the end......that is significant.
Sinclair you could buy off, Lamb wants to kill everyone (and inflict her insane delusion on the whole world).

I really doubt Sinclair would betray Delta. He may be a shady businessman but one thing that's remained constant is he's shown loyalty to Delta. Even when his oxygen supply was running low, he insists Delta to take his time and not pull the switch until HE is ready to do so.
As the above person said, he took off and looked for Delta when he was strapped to a bed, in an area crawling with splicers! That takes serious balls and dedication to do. He even talks about his regrets when he's in the "Omega Alpha" state.

Well, seeing as you already kill Sinclair when hes turned into an Alpha Series, the only option left is Lamb. And seeing as she tried to smother and kill her own daughter rather than let her live her life by her own way - she deserves everything she gets!
