So, this article answers a few questions.

1. It would appear that PBD has been dead for the past 10 years. Tenebaum activated the vitachamber and PBD got dumped out.

2. Looks like Meltzer managed to make it to Rapture after all; But we still don't know if he's alive.

3. Tenebaum hasn't spent the last 10 years in Rapture.

I wonder what she's been doing during that 10 year period?

I know I can't get spanked for talking about this because a moderator started this thread and posted the spoiler article too.

I can't wait to hear what Meltzer sounds like. I really hope he's not one of the two bodies lying there. I hope he escaped. I'd love to help him out.

Unless the viral is just another huge mind game and he's not real, but rather is a tool of manipulation... then I wouldn't be so amused.

Wow this sounds incredible! And now that we know Meltzer made it I am even more curious to find out how he got there finally and what became of him (or what he is doing if he is still alive)!

00:52 – Further down the corridor lies another Securis door, but I opt to take a side passage down into a bathysphere docking station. There I find an audio tape left by Mark Meltzer (that name should ring some bells) and, further along, next to the destroyed bathysphere, lie two corpses and a pile of luggage to loot. Returning the way I came, I run into a splicer rummaging through Meltzer’s abandoned briefcase. I zap him with Electro Bolt then headshot him with the rivet gun.


Well well well, we have two corpses next to luggage.. and an abandoned briefcase.. could the corpse be MM's or did he get away in time?

I hope he did get away in time. Though I was expecting Mark Meltzer to appear further on in the game.

Maybe those corpses are from captain Ferrence and another person of the crew who's traveling with Mark on the boat right now.
Maybe Mark survived and is exploring Rapture now (maybe companied by one or two persons from the crew) in his quest to find Cindy.

I hate to say it but I really hope MM dies in Rapture... if he was to survive it would just be downright stupid. I mean if Jack couldn't survive in this Rapture, then how can MM.

What??? Jack did survive. He not only survived, but took down the two most powerful figures in Rapture. However, he did have the help of ryans genetic code running through his viens. He still survived though.

Yet, MM(imo) is no where as strong as Jack. I mean he could not even wrestle a gun away from grandpa Lynch! I just jope he at least gets to see Cindy one last time before he dies.

I really wanted Delta to be MM. I know the timeline won't work. But have we discussed the possibility of brainwashing? Maybe MM was another project of ryans/atlas sent to the surface only to be forgotten then reactivated later.....I seriously doubt they will go down the whole brainwashing road again. But I can dream can't I?

BTW: Shades, can you Pm me that link. I want to see what MM looks like.
