You mean that she is your real life little sister?
Or that she is the little sister that was bonded to you...?
Because the latter was confirmed ages ago and the first idea is plausible I suppose except that Elanor calls you Dad. this may only be a reference to her being bonded with him and he being a Big Daddy but who knows?
You hear Eleanor call you Father, although it could just be that, having time to grow up, she's moved from saying "Daddy" to "Father." She still may consider you almost literally as a father figure, due to the connection you two had.
Really, her using another word for "Daddy" doesn't seem to, in any way, suggest you are her father. Either way, what you seem to be saying (Eleanor is your old Little Sister) has been confirmed long ago, so no spoilers there.

That means:
"Dad slept. Very very long. And Eleanor missed you. Find she, then you'll feel better."
Don't you understand? Eleanor is missing her Big Daddy. And the Big Daddy you are playing in BS2 was her Big Daddy.
So Eleanor is missing YOU!
Yes, Eleanor misses her original Big Daddy. What's so weird about that? The Little Sister who says that isn't Eleanor, it's basically just her little messenger.
Also, don't completely trust translations like those. You can see the grammar mistakes from a generated translation.
