Why Mods cant ban immediately.

There are reasons the mods cant just ban and say. Oh your gone. First off. They have to go through Public Relations to make sure that they dont cause some bad publicity for the company. Second off is that if they do. They get fired.

No seriously. A community manager actually told some people the procedures for what they had to do. 2K probably set it up so that when it bans that it sends a message to PR to look at the infraction.
