Some new pics were made during some short portrait of 2K and Mafia 2. For example we get to see Vito crouched down, or some pimped driving.

What is that thing on the hood of the car in that one picture???
@ddennis90: I think the engine is fitted with a supercharger, as it sticks out of the hood.
The quality looks poor but that just could be my computer (doubt it )
This is great news for me, because I think that is the first screen of an alternative camera view from the car that we have seen. Everything else have been 3rd person if I am not mistaken.
The quality of the picture is poor because I think it is a picture a reporter took of a computer monitor at 2K from the looks of it.
I am glad that we will have an in car cam though. Sometimes I prefer that over the 3rd person cam.

I know that a long time ago it was hinted at that there might be a in car veiw that included the dash, but if they only made a hood view that's fine too i guess. But they said that they had a ton a different veiws that they were going to narrow down. I don't remember where i read this, but i know i read it.
If I had the choice of either a full first-person view with the wheel/dashboard/etc. (think "Nascar" games only more detailed and nicer looking) or a 'hood-cam,' I'd much rather have the interior view.
It just adds so much to the game if they just took the time to model the car interiors - it immerses you in the game a lot more than a 3rd person view of the car. Plus, wouldn't you love to smash up the car and watch as you, in first person, go flying through the window (after all, seatbelts weren't required until the 60s!).
A full first person view would be sweeeeeeeeeeeet.
An interior view would be very nice but I would doubt it sa it would take a fair bit of work to accomplish I guess with about 50 cars in the game, especially of course since there is so many other things to care for in the game as well.
But the interior view is coming back as far as cars is concerned in games now adays, with Forza 3 (yeah I know it is Xbox) but there are like 400 cars in that game and from what I get there are interiors on all of them, I could be wrong, and If I am not then I guess some are "duplicates", but still.
Well I guess only time will tell.

That's a rather piss-poor attitude, mate. Why don't you shut up and read the bloody thread before you post?
My intention was merely to educate that sometimes you need to do some of your own investigating in order to find the answer. You can not always rely on others to provide an answer for you.
In this case that means finding out if the question you have may have been answered earlier (which it was). Otherwise if people constantly keep asking the same question over and over, then the thread goes nowhere except for in circles.
If you are doing circles you cannot make forward progress, or improve the forum in anyway shape or form.
