Why EB and Gamestop only?

I will be buying this LE no matter what (unless the game is bad....), as a testament to how amazing 2K is for listening to the Community, but why choose to release it only in Gamestop and EB?

I know, they are the largest game retail chains, but what about all the Circuit Cities and Best Buys and GameCrazy and Walmarts of the world? Why ignore them?
