I'd recommend you confirm with each store you call saying something like 'that is the one with the figurine right?'.

The US limited edition has been on pre-order for a while now. However, both editions (PC & 360) have sold out online. Best bet is to call around to the EB/Gamestop close to you and see if they will have any/can pre-order them. It's probably going to be hard to find any now but you might get lucky.
