    Bioshock limited edition strategy guide?

    http://www.gamestop.com/browse/searc...t=bioshock%202

Check it out, they list a normal and special edition strategy guide coming out from Brady games. For a possible preview of what is coming, check out the limited edition Fallout strategy guide.
    http://www.amazon.com/Fallout-Collec...2349090&sr=1-6

This could all just be placeholder speculation from Gamestop though.

I'd imagine it's just about as true as all of the release dates we've seen thus far. Gives me some hope, though!

The thing that stood out for me when I looked at the Fallout 3 Collector's Guide was the "Giant map poster to guide you through the Wasteland!"
I wouldn't mind having a "Giant map poster to guide you through Rapture!"
Dunno if I'll need the guide though (Brady and Prima haven't really convinced me that I need their guides yet).

Oh believe me, no one *needs* the guides. They are fun to collect though, and are cool to look through. Especially since the strategy guides tend to have certain art and exclusive posters that you can't get anywhere else.

Yeah, I only get stratedgy guides for the bonuses, I hardly ever read them.

Like a five year old, I like to look at the pictures. Hard cover is always a plus.

Yeah, it's just something to have. Specially if it's a limited edition item. I think I'll pre-order both the game and limited edition brady guide.

    hahah
when i was a kid i would always buy the guides before i got the game,
so i could look at the pictures and "plan" what i was going to do.
    can't wait to plan! :P

the map would be really cool
and it could have tips and stuff for the multiplayer,
like how to get certain customizing items
it could also have information about enemies and their character art with 'em!
    im definately getting this

That sounds like a good idea, but then again, it gets spoiled for ya. If I would buy the book before playing, I wouldn't look at it til after I finish the game. I wanna learn and experience during the actual game-play.

well now it isnt so much going through the whole book to figure out what happens when,
it would be more ok im going to use this plasmid then use this weapon to follow it up with.
i would never ruin the story of this game.
    never ever ever :P

    Questions to Kyburz:
1: Why did you change your awesome avatar?
2: Why didn't you search function about this?

Edit: With almost the EXACT same name...

LOL, sorry I missed your original thread on this subject Mega Science. My avatar is just something temporary to show solidarity with Mark Meltzer during this difficult period.
