Used to play Romans, now playing English. Decent-OK level ATM, still trying for top 200, but I know that will come with accumulated play time. Suggestion : Add where you live (just the country) and timezone
Maybe even the days and from what time till what time your most
likely to be on.


Example : Me

I live in Belgium, timezone GMT+1
Most likely to be on at the weekends from 20:00-02:00 and 07:00-11:00
local time of course.

During vacation periods, I may be online practically all day : I don't need much sleep

Would it be possible to add players time zones in format GMT (+ or -) then everyone could work out from here when people are likely to be on.

Myself I'm GMT.

Daylight saving adjustments, just leave it as is, you will still be able to work out time differences, assuming we all change the clocks at a similar time of year.

In weekends or vacations I tend to get up at about 4-6 am (GMT+1) to be able to play with some decent competition.

The rest of the day for me I've only got European civ newbies (no offense to the forum members, but they aren't online THAT much when I am), and I just prefer playing with people who are from the chatroom.



Maybe we'll meet again sometime, somewere on the psn, and we'll have an epic battle for sure.

I finally took the plunge.

Being a descendant of many generations of thrifty Scotsman (my wife calls it "being stingy" ), I hesitated at the prospect of shelling out $100US into the Bill Gates retirement fund in order to buy a wireless modem for my son's Xbox360- particularly after I had already bought a second 'box last summer. (No, running about 30 meters of Ethernet cable all through my house to our DSL router was not an option.) I then perused my old e-mails and found one purporting to have found just such an item for $80US. I investigated further and, at the end of the message, I found a link to " ... or, you could just do this ... "). I found out that, if you already have a 10m cable, you can connect your 'box to your portable computer (w/wireless modem) and "bridge" the signal. Totally awesome. After registering with XBL, I am now one of the on-line players. I love doing GOTW.
