BioShock SecuROM ruined game

Hello,
I had some problems with my PC and because BioShock was a game that always crashed at a certain point I installed a few times to check out if the issue still exists. Now I got that problem fixed but I installed BioShock so much I can't activate it anymore. It says the serial is incorrect.
Any way to get a new serial? I don't want to use a crack for the game.
Anyone knows how to help me?

See: Bioshock Unlock for a chart that shows letters and digits that are commonly confused with each other. Also enter your product key in all capitals (use capslock) with the dashes. Hopefully this will get you up and going. There are: no more activation limits for Bioshock so you can install as many times as you wish.

I also mailed 2K Games and they did not answer. The german Hotline seems to be down...

It is the weekend so give the email a few days. Sorry for the inconvenience. Are you absolutely sure you are entering the key correctly? Some characters like the number 1 and the letter l are very easy to confuse. It doesn't hurt to try it in the meantime while you are waiting for a response from the email.
