From what I understand, if you freeze and wrench your opponent you don't get any of the supplies they are carrying. You essential shatter what ever they have on them. It might be better freeze the pool of water they are standing in so they are trapped then take the goodies. Or something like that.Well, I doubt LS are the 'Only' way to get Adam. At least, I hope not the only way. It seems like you should be able to find some along the way as well. Medical Wing, I imagine, would have a bunch...
Um, as for weapons and plasmids...
Wrench + cold. I'll probably play through it using whatever the first time, BUT will want to try just using the wrench at some point in time. Just for fun.

Wow. Ok... this game is getting harder by the second. Hmm... Well, I'll try not to be expending Adam very much either then. And if that's the case with the freeze plasmid, and you don't get the goodies, hmm... probably won't use it unless in a dire situation then.
Looks like level 1 is all about sneaking around and the wrench then. At least, for me that is. I'd like to try and build up some surplus of ammo & plasmids in the beginning. If possible that is. Hmm...
I don't know what it is called but it is the one they showed in the Hunting the Big Daddy demo where you can make an Aggressor attack the Big Daddy.
That is my favorite Plasmid because I like in some games where I can make somebody attack something that I don't feel like attacking at the moment.
Any weapon that kills anything...
wow this game is getting harder...cant use plazmids without using adam, and adam only comes from "harvesting" little sisters.
actually thats not so bad. its a good reason to save the little sisters and get them to help you!
I may have missed this, but do we have any info on how adam is acquired normally (not killing the LS)? I understand we can "harvest" the LS or remove the slugs, but is there another way that the LS passes on the adam? I don't think I'd be able to use plasmid's, because of "harvesting" little sisters, I'm a big softie <.<.
I'd still put the enemy down with my shotgun, though.
I think that if you remove the slug you get a smaller amount of Adam. Or that is what I have heard.
Also My favorite weapon is the grenade/ rocket launcher that has been shown in some of the videos. My favorite plasmid is the electrobolt.
Mainly I bogarted Raveness to score the quote from her post. I'm sure there is plenty of info that the developers have not shared. We do not know every trick up their sleeves. oh and in the vein of how this post actually started, I think you cant go wrong with the shotgun, especially since an underwater city is completely enclosed so it should be fairly close quarters. And telekinesis probably will be my most active plasmid (eat your own grenades evil enemies!)

Fav thing to do with plasmid(s) (that ive thought of so far): Freeze someone/thing then blast them to pieces with an electro bolt!!!

Crossbow electro bolt combo all the way. And electro bolt is incredibly useful for hacking.
The ice plasmid is better for hacking but...
Wench Jocky all the way, With some telekineses. who needs the one two punch when you can spin around your opponents whacking them senseless. For big daddys I get some electric gel and shoot that at him, after thats done I finish him with incendiary bolts from the crossbow.
Yes, I know it's more useful, but I prefer not to use it. It's not very good if you're like me and scavenge the dead bodies of your slain enemies. I hardly ever use it.
Telekinesis is very good as well. Mow over a splicer with a Big Daddy corpse and they're done for.
Shotgun and ice
Electric-plasmid and wrench for me, and the push-plasmid.
when it comes to my favorite weapon i guess it's the one that had infinte ammo the wrench of course! thought it's better with the freeze attachment
as for my favorite plasmid well.. i like them all but if i had to choose the hornet swarm for sure i love those little suicide bugs
The Shotgun with explosive rounds.
A tie between Incinerate and Electro bolt.
Electro a slicer or big daddy then move in and headshot with explosive rounds.
Sonic Boom 2 and the Shotgun when it's fully upgraded.

my fav weapon is the shotgun and i like to use target dummy which if used rite is overpowerd=P and i also like telekenisis=D
I like the quick and easy one-two punch of Winter Blast followed by the shot gun. You don't get to search as many bodies, but I think the ease of it is worth it.
I probably used the Thompson and Revolver the most; but my favorite weapon has to be the Shotgun. Plasmid-Wise; Bee Swarm one. Fun to watch them freak out.

I like to use all the weapons, depending on the situation, of course. I like the pistol, machine gun, and shotgun the most I suppose.
As for the plasmid, I'd go with electro bolt. It's fun to fry enemies in water and to give 'em the one two punch!
though near the end it becomes the 36-72 punch lol

I like Sniper because it has no voice and no issue to kill anyone in the game.i mostly play action games.
