Ever since Bioshock 2's basic characters were reveiled I've had a few thoughts on the game and what I think my happen, please excuse me if some else has already posted these ideas
-Big Sister was orginally your Big Daddy's little sister before something went wrong
-Big Sister's gentic father is the prototype Big Daddy
-In the end of the game you will have a choice to Harvest or Save big sister
tell me what you think
The first two are very possible and I like the first idea the most but the third idea is unlikely.
They have already said that the Big Sister can be killed at any point in the game; if you're skilled / strong enough. She is certainly not invincible in your battles. So maybe when you defeat her you will have that choice? I'm not sure. That may be possible but it's just too early to tell. But I would ask what she would do when you saved her? Because she does not have a slug in her, what are you saving her from? And what would she do with herself?

actually she does still have the slug it's that the save takes away most of the mental conditioning and alot of adam out of the LS's but some still feel the need to gather like T. says in the proving grounds
What I was thinking is the reason the Big Daddy you play is unconscious in the beginning of the game is for some reason he lost his little sister so he deactivated/shutdown or what ever after being seen as a faliure, and because he lost her she is mad at him so that is why she is always attacking you in the game
Actually the first part of your statement is correct.The second is wrong however, 2K mentioned that the big sister attacked the prototype big daddy because whenever he saves or harvests a little sister, he is disrupting the ecology of rapture which the little sister is trying to restore.Originally Posted by JuggsGotYa
That's a pretty good call with all of those theories Juggs. Hell, I even believe the last one is pretty probable. I hope that that would just be one of many large moral choices though, and that most in the game wouldn't be so static (only two choices). Plus, assuming that saving her worked the same, could you imagine the ADAM you would get?
I know they said Big Sister was attacking because you were messing with the ecology of rapture, but I believe there may be more to her rage than you messing with her city.

I think it was confirmed somewhere that the big sister was ur old little sister
I don't think it was confirmed most people just seem to go with that idea don't get me wrong that's what i think too i'm just saying it hasn't been confirmed
Maybe but im preeeeeetty sure it was confirmed i can't remember tho. I can never remember recent things.
